It is a neutral hemipluent rock with a SiO2 content of 60-65%, and quartz, plagiospar, potassium feldspar, and biotite are the main components. Diorite that contains more than 10% ortholite is called granite diorite. It contains much more plagiostone than K-feldspar, and the content of K-feldspar accounts for 1/3~1/8 of all feldspar.
