It is a type of trachyte in which feldspar appears as phenocrysts. It is a type of volcanic rock with a porphyritic or porphyritic texture and has the same chemical composition as syenite. It contains a lot of alkali feldspar and relatively little plagioclase and quartz. It is white to light gray or light brown in color.
