In Loamy soil, sand 70 to 90%, loam 0 to 30% and mud 0 to 15% include. Loamy soil is week in water storing and it can be plant the medium size trees. Mud and loam pounder are good in keeping of moisture. It is also good for drainage system. In the western and nothern west of Dekkhinathiri township, Doe Nwe, Ywat Thit, Kyay Sar Ou, Oo Shit Pin and Sel Su villages, yellowish brown to light brown color, fine to medium grained loamy soil is occur as farms.
