The Geological setting of Moedi - Moemi taung is Carboniferous Slate-Belt-faulted contact with Mogok Belt to the west. And the reserves is at part of the Htongyi and Shwesin veins, 55100 tons of Au ore @ 15.97–27 g t−1 Au (IMHL 2003)
