It is a plant fossil of Horsetail plant that flourished in the late Paleozoic Era. The leaves are arranged in a spiral between 8-13 leaflets. The shapes vary; Annularia spenophyelloides is oval and Annularia radioata is between linear and ovate. But they are all always flat and vary in length. It is produced from the upper Paleozoic stratum near the former Eoryong Mine and the current Taebaek Mine.
